Shipping & Service
We currently offer delivery to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, subject to product and shipping-service availability. Delivery to PO boxes, US territories and APO/FPO addresses is available only where supported by the product and delivery service. Restrictions are disclosed before purchase. We do not currently deliver outside the United States.
Depending on the product, orders may ship from a warehouse in the United States or directly from a supplier in China. The applicable shipping origin is identified on the product page before purchase. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated transit time of 5–10 business days after carrier acceptance. Estimated total delivery time is 6–13 business days unless a different product-specific timeframe is disclosed before purchase. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Free shipping applies only where expressly offered.

Returns & Customer Support
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your item, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns generally require unused items in their original packaging, and customers pay return shipping. These conditions do not remove applicable remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items. For approved claims involving those issues, we cover any required return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees.
